Tuition Preschool

Plan 1 $  7,210.00      (8:00 am – 12 noon)

Plan 2 $  9,330.00      (8:00 am – 2:30 pm)

Plan 3 $11,670.00      (8:00 am – 5:00 pm)

Tuition K-Grade 5 $13,370.00

Tuition Grades 6-7-8 $15,040.00

Tuition Grades 9-12 $15,870.00

Payment Plans

Plan 1 – Single Payment Plan

$1,000.00 Non-Refundable Tuition Deposit is required with the signed enrollment contract.  Payment for the full balance is due by July 1, 2012.  This payment plan does not require Tuition Protection Plan but the insurance is recommended.

Plan 2 – Two Payment Plan

$1,000.00 Non-Refundable Tuition Deposit is required with the signed enrollment contract. This two-payment plan is operated by an independent company [F.A.C.T.S. Tuition Management] whereby the two payments will be automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account on the due dates (July 2012 & December 2012).  Each payment due July 2012 & December 2012 consists of 50% of the annual tuition, Tuition Protection Plan premium, and Deferred Payment Fee.

Plan 3 – Monthly Payment Plan

$1,000.00 Non-Refundable Tuition Deposit is required with the signed enrollment contract.  An independent company [F.A.C.T.S. Tuition Management] whereby the monthly payments will be automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account starting in July 2012 and ending April 2013 operates this monthly payment plan.  Monthly payments are equal to 1/10th of the total of the tuition balance plus 1/10th of the annual Deferred Payment Fee and 1/10th of the Tuition Protection Plan premium.

Tuition Assistance

Families needing tuition assistance may apply for financial aid.  Students receiving financial aid awards, and who choose either Plan 2 or Plan 3, will have their awards prorated among the number of payments due under their plan.  That amount will be deducted from the amount of each payment due.  Families must place an enrollment deposit of $500 even if they are applying for financial aid.

Estimated Additional Costs

  • Uniforms (price varies based upon purchases by parents through Lands’ End or Maui Vintage Clothing Company)
  • School Lunch (optional) $5.25 per lunch
  • Books (Lower School cost included in tuition; middle & upper School $300-$600)
  • Eighth grade trip to Boston & New York – $1,500; 5th grade trip to Oahu – $200 (cost varies depending on class fundraising)
  • Interim (grades 6-12) selections range from $15-$2,000
  • Yearbook (optional)  $60
  • All students will be asked to purchase school supplies (school supply list will be provided)
  • After-care $5 hour (optional)
