Kawika Casco
Kawika Casco, Physical Education Teacher
Christian “Kawika” Casco grew up here on the west side of Maui with his immediate and extended family. After graduating from Lahainaluna High School, he chose to attend the University of Utah. While earning a BS in Exercise and Sport Science, Kawika played on the Ute’s football team which won two division championships and four bowl games during his time on the team. Kawika also enjoyed snowboarding, hiking, camping, boating, wake boarding, fishing and mountain biking during his time in Utah.
After graduating from college, Kawika returned home in search of a career. Maui Prep offered him the opportunity to be a teacher which he gratefully accepted. Kawika is enjoying teaching Health and PE to all grade levels at Maui Prep.
