AIM

Alliance to Improve Maui (AIM) was started by a group of West Maui Realtors to support targeted West Maui non-profits that are focused on addressing critical community enhancements.  The group chose Maui Prep as its first recipient and pledged to raise $1.5 million for the school.  Members then agreed to donate a portion of their commissions on the sales of designated AIM property listings to the school.  The original group of ten Realtors has since expanded to include other realtors, mortgage companies and friends of AIM, whose combined gifts have been a major source of support for our young school.

Maui Prep urges all parents, grandparents and friends of the school to support the real estate professionals who have so generously supported us.  When selling a piece of property, talk to your real estate broker about making it an AIM listing.  If you are planning to buy, ask your broker if he or she has any AIM listings.  And if you would like to become an AIM member or Friend of AIM, just complete the AIM Commitment Form and mail, email, or fax it to Maui Prep.  To date, AIM has donated more than $1,000,000 to Maui Prep.  These funds have been critically important to the school’s building initiatives and operations.  Mau Prep is pleased to recognize our AIM contributors in a variety of ways including on our website, in industry publications (Homes & Land and Real Estate Maui Style), in newspaper press releases, and in our annual ‘Ohana Giving Report which is distributed to hundreds of supporters every year.  We are deeply grateful to all our AIM supporters.
