Mahalo for your interest in applying to Maui Prep. This is an exciting step! The following are instructions for grades K through 12.

Step 1: Complete an official tour of our campus!
The tour is a great way to see our campus in action! Contact our Admissions Office at admissions@mauiprep.org or (808) 665-9966, ext. 305.
Step 2: Meet with our Admissions Director!
Step 3: Apply!
Apply online using the Standard Application Online (SAO). There is a $75 application fee.
The application has three parts:
- Parent's assessment of student
- Student essays (5th through 12th only, 250-500 words each)
- Three letters of recommendation (math, ELA teacher, and your choice)
Admitted students will be notified via emailStep 4: Enroll in TADS!
If your child is accepted, complete the enrollment process in TADS, Maui Prep's tuition management and enrollment partner (a link will be sent to you in your acceptance notification).
A $1,000 non-refundable tuition deposit is required (applied towards tuition balance)
If desired, apply for financial aid
Step 5: Schedule a Physical
Schedule a visit with your medical provider to complete a physical. Bring these forms. New high school students should complete their athletic physical as well.
Step 6: Gather and Upload Required Documents to TADS (before July 15, 2022)
- Department of Education Student Health Record
- TB Document G: State of Hawaii TB Risk Assessment for Adults and Children
- Completed Emergency Card (Completed on TADS)
- Signed agreement on TADS
- Copy of Insurance Card
- Copy of Birth Certificate/Passport
- Picture of student
