How to register your student-athlete
Maui Preparatory uses an online data entry system that will help collect current address, emergency contact, insurance, medical alert and health history information, as well as the required forms.

Part 1: Accept Your Healthy Roster Invitation
1. Check your email for a message titled "New Notification from Healthy Roster."
Tip: Search for "Healthy Roster" if you don't see it. Be sure to check your Spam/Junk folder as well.

2. Open the email and follow the instructions. You may either:
- Download the Healthy Roster app, or
- Click the link to continue on the website.
4. Your Healthy Roster invitation is now accepted! You can log in using your new account credentials.
