Lower School Performing Arts Brings Halloween Fun to Assembly!

Music Director Mr. Ruben Pali prepared all Lower School students to play the iconic Halloween tune, "The Monster Mash," on the ukulele. The audience was delighted to see Kindergarten and 1st-grade students join in on percussion, while 2nd through 5th graders demonstrated their progressing ukulele studies. They are continually adding more chords and strumming patterns to their repertoires. 

The costume-clad students rounded out the assembly with a high-energy dance to Michael Jackson's classic, "Thriller," a piece they've been diligently working on with Mrs. Nathalie Smith. The students’ dedication to both their musical instruments and choreography was on full display!
