University Lab School Captures 2025 Pueo Invitational Volleyball Title
The 2025 Pueo Invitational Volleyball Tournament concluded with University Lab School from O'ahu clinching the championship title.
The tournament, which featured teams from O'ahu, Maui, and California, was held over three solid days of competitive volleyball at the Bozich Center, under the direction of Maui Prep Athletic Director Tony Venticinque.
University Lab School secured its victory with a straight-set win over King Kekaulike in the final match, capping off a thrilling tournament.
The tournament also recognized outstanding individual performances:
- MVP: Mayah Nakasato (University Lab School)
- Libero of the Tournament: Rose Casey (Immaculate Heart)
The following players were named to the All-Star team for their exceptional skills throughout the tournament:
- Malie Carter (King Kekaulike)
- Lulu Lund (King Kekaulike)
- Alana Birrer (King Kekaulike)
- Kaela Queen (University Lab School)
