"PUEO BOYS & GIRLS GOLF TEAMS CROWNED 2025 MIL TEAM CHAMPIONS"

History continues to be written on the fairways and greens as our Pueo Girls and Boys Golf Teams captured the 2025 MIL Team Championships, solidifying Maui Prep as a powerhouse in MIL golf.
For the Pueo Girls Golf Team, this marks their second consecutive team title—a remarkable achievement for a young, talented squad. Even more exciting, our girls will return next season to chase a potential three-peat. Since the start of the 2022 season, the girls have only suffered one loss in MIL play, showcasing consistency, focus, and competitive excellence.

On the Boys’ side, the dominance has been nothing short of historic. The team claimed their fourth straight MIL Team Championship, remaining undefeated in MIL competition throughout the run.

Their unmatched success over the past four seasons has cemented their legacy as one of Maui's greatest boys' golf teams.

With these championships, both teams have earned automatic bids to the 2025 HHSAA State Golf Tournament in May, where they will proudly represent Maui Prep on the state’s biggest stage.

Next up:

The MIL Individual Championships will take place over the next two weeks. This tournament will determine who earns the title of Best in Maui and give our non-qualifying team members a final opportunity to punch their ticket to States.

Congratulations to our incredible Pueo golfers and coaches—your hard work, discipline, and winning mindset continue to raise the bar for Pueo Athletics!

"SENIOR DAY CELEBRATION & STRONG FINISH AT HOME FOR PUEO TENNIS"

This past Friday, April 4, 2025, the Pueo Tennis Teams took to the courts at the Kapalua Tennis Garden for a highly anticipated match against West Side rival Lahainaluna. This wasn’t just any match—it marked the final home match of the season and a heartfelt Senior Day celebration honoring our dedicated senior athletes.

We proudly recognized our graduating seniors:
Alissa Skolnick, Anna Glass, Samantha Teschler, and Team Captain Johnnie Holland. These student-athletes have been instrumental in building Maui Prep Tennis's culture and success, and we are incredibly grateful for their leadership, commitment, and sportsmanship.

Match Results:
  • Girls Team: A commanding 4-1 victory, keeping them in 2nd place in the MIL standings and strong contention for the MIL Team Playoffs.
  • Boys Team: A hard-fought 2-1 loss in a close and competitive match.
With their win, the Pueo Girls Tennis Team is now in a prime position to advance to the MIL Team Playoff Tournament, which will be held April 17–19 at the Royal Lahaina Tennis Ranch.

A heartfelt thank you to our seniors for their incredible contributions to the tennis program. We wish them all the best in their future endeavors—they’ve left a lasting legacy, and we know they’ll continue to do amazing things as they move on to college and beyond.
