Uploading documents to Healthy Roster
Part 2: Upload Your Required Documents
1. Log in to your Healthy Roster account. The first time you sign in, you'll receive a verification code by email.

2. Once logged in, you'll see your student(s) listed at the top of the page.
3. If documents are still needed, you'll see a paper icon with a red number indicating how many items remain.
There are 4 required documents in total.
4. Click the paper icon to view the list of required documents.

5. Download the forms, print them, and complete all required signatures and information.
Pro Tip: We recommend completing the forms by hand. Some fields can be filled electronically, but the printed text may appear very small.

6. Scan or take clear photos of each completed document. Make sure the entire page is visible and easy to read.
7. Return to Healthy Roster, select each missing document, and upload the corresponding file. You can:
- Drag and drop a file
- Upload from your computer
- Select from your Photo Library
- Take a photo directly within the app or website
