MIL Surfing Contest #1 Results
It was a historic day at DT Fleming Beach Park as the first-ever MIL sanctioned surfing contest hit the water! The Maui Prep Pueo made a massive statement, showing exactly why they are the team to beat this season.
The Boys' Team secured a thrilling 1st Place finish, narrowly edging out a surging Lahainaluna and a competitive King Kekaulike squad. On the Girls' side, the team earned an impressive 3rd Place overall, keeping them within striking distance of the top spot as the season progresses.
INDIVIDUAL CHAMPIONS & STANDOUTS
Every single Maui Prep surfer who entered the water advanced to their respective division finals—a testament to the depth and technical skill of this year's roster. Special congratulations to our two individual winners:
- Zolten Poulsen '26: Claimed the top spot in No. 1 Shortboard.
- Zoey Offergeld '27: Captured a victory in No. 2 Longboard.

Shortboard

Longboard

Bodyboard

WHAT'S NEXT?
With the first meet in the books and the Boys sitting at the top of the leaderboard, the momentum shifts to central Maui. Next Contest is March 7 at Kahului Harbor
