Parent volunteers add love and life to our school, the ones who "cover the bases"—whether in the classroom, before and after school, at sporting events, or on field trips.
Their presence is the glue that holds our community together.
Each year, the Pueo Pride Awards are given to those who have gone above and beyond in their service to Maui Prep.
Cici Hehemann: A fixture on campus for many years, Cici chaired the Booster Club and its vital fundraising for Arts and Athletics. From running the Snack Shack and game-day concessions in the Bozich Center to decorating lockers and hosting senior night BBQs, Cici’s energy was everywhere. She was a driving force behind the success of the Bowl-a-Thon and showed up for every event with a helping hand.
Brianne Randle: As the Performing Arts volunteer coordinator, Brianne was instrumental in the success of our 67-member cast, managing sets, props, and communication for Mrs. Nathalie Smith. She then pivoted seamlessly to Ho'ike, coordinating costumes, floral decor, and traditional hairpieces.
Alexis Brunold: Alexis was the engine behind the scenes for Ho'ike, managing the complex preparations and maintaining the clear communication necessary to make the production a success.
Sisiri Chumley: As a dedicated member of the Booster Club and a staunch supporter of Pueo Golf, Sisiri worked side-by-side with Cici to ensure our student-athletes and performers had the resources they needed to shine.
Janelle Reed: In her role as PTSO President, Janelle spearheaded the creation of the Ohana Directory and led various fundraisers. Her leadership supported teacher grants, Teacher Appreciation Week, Lower School dances, Reading Nights, and Paniolo Night.
Jennifer Kasper: A versatile supporter of both the PTSO and the Booster Club, Jennifer lent her creativity to sets and props for past productions. She was also a key volunteer for the Tom Golf Tournament and Paniolo Night, always ready to lend a hand wherever needed.
Whether photographing events, chaperoning field trips, stocking the concessions, or providing treats for our hardworking staff—we see you. Thank you for making Maui Prep a better place for our students every single day.
