Maui Prep Celebrates Academic Excellence at Graduation

Layla Merrill was named this year's Valedictorian. Layla pushed academic boundaries by completing AP Calculus, AP Chemistry, AP Literature, AP Language, AP Human Geography, and AP Biology, alongside dual-credit college courses through the University of Hawaiʻi system. Her dedication has earned her a spot at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah this fall.

Anna Nguyen was named the Class of 2026 Salutatorian. Anna completed an equally rigorous advanced schedule, including AP US History, AP Calculus, AP Chemistry, AP Literature, AP Language, AP Human Geography, AP Biology, and AP Government. Outside the classroom, she was an active leader in the Interact Club and the National Honor Society. Anna will continue her education at Stanford University in Palo Alto, California.
