The admissions process allows us to get to know your student. We invite you to learn more about our institution by visiting campus, observing the school in action, and meeting with our admissions team. Steps to Apply

Step 1: Complete an official tour of our campus!
The tour is a great way to see our campus in action! Contact our Admissions Office at admissions@mauiprep.org -
Step 2: Meet with our Admissions Director, Dr. Liz Turcik!

Step 3: Apply!
The application has four parts:- Parent's assessment of student
- Student component (5th through 12th only)
- Three letters of recommendation (math, ELA teacher, and your choice)
- Transcripts from the last 3 years
Admitted students will be notified via email -
Step 4: Enroll in Blackbaud!
If your child is accepted, complete the enrollment process in Blackbaud, Maui Prep's tuition management and enrollment partner (a link will be sent to you in your acceptance notification).A $1,000 non-refundable tuition deposit is required (applied towards tuition balance)If desired, apply for financial aid -
Step 5: Schedule a Physical
Schedule a visit with your medical provider to complete a physical. Bring these forms. New high school students should complete their athletic physical as well. -
Step 6: Gather and Upload Required Documents to Blackbaud (before July 15)
- Department of Education Student Health Record
- TB Document G: State of Hawaii TB Risk Assessment for Adults and Children
- Signed Contract on Blackbaud
- Copy of Insurance Card
- Copy of Birth Certificate/Passport
- Picture of student
Visit the Maui Prep Student Page Information about registering for classes, purchasing textbooks, completing the required summer reading program or AP class summer coursework, or joining athletics teams.

Preschool
- Admissions decisions are based on scheduled group assessments with Maui Prep Preschool Team
- Space-limited
- Must be 3 years old by Aug 1 and fully-potty trained
- Tuition assistance available through Pauahi Keiki Scholars (visit ksbe.edu)

Kindergarten
- Must be 5 years by August 1
- Apply for admissions through Blackbaud

1st - 12th grade
- Apply for admissions through Blackbaud
- Apply for financial aid through Blackbaud
